We have 30 concept plans ready to go. There are six categories below with five different plans in each to inspire you. You choose your preferred plan and we will discuss with you any customised features including the finishes, cladding options, and any changes to the floor plan. We then provide a budget and timeline for completion.

3. Review & Sign the Contract
Go over the contract and specifications in detail, ensuring everything is perfect. Once satisfied, sign the contract to move forward.
4. Building Consent
We handle all the necessary building consent work, so you can relax and focus on the exciting journey ahead.
